The Institute admits candidates on evidence of applied capability — not on tenure, tuition, or credential accumulation. The admissions process is deliberate, evaluative, and final.
Submit a written petition to the Office of Academic Governance stating the track sought and the applied problem you intend to master.
Complete the technical evaluation issued by the Council. Evaluation is asynchronous, unproctored, and judged solely on the artifact produced.
The Council deliberates in closed session. Decisions are rendered within thirty days and delivered on Institute letterhead.
Admitted candidates are inducted, their identity is anchored to the Codex Registry, and coursework begins on the next cohort convocation.
