Submit a written petition to the Office of Academic Governance stating the track sought and the applied problem you intend to master.

Admittance by Demonstrated Mastery
The Institute admits candidates on evidence of applied capability — not on tenure, tuition, or credential accumulation. The admissions process is deliberate, evaluative, and final.
The Protocol

Evaluation
Complete the technical evaluation issued by the Council. Evaluation is asynchronous, unproctored, and judged solely on the artifact produced.

Deliberation
The Council deliberates in closed session. Decisions are rendered within thirty days and delivered on Institute letterhead.

Investiture
Admitted candidates are inducted, their identity is anchored to the Codex Registry, and coursework begins on the next cohort convocation.
Prerequisites
- Demonstrated fluency in at least one applied technical discipline.
- Ability to produce written technical work in English.
- A working system, prior deployment, or portfolio item to reference in the petition.
- Willingness to be bound by the Codex of Standards for the duration of Fellowship.
